Privacy policy

This policy explains what ClassifierHub collects when you visit our website, join the waitlist or use the service, and how we use it. This is a pre-launch policy; we will update it before paid plans open. Contact hello@classifierhub.com with any questions or to exercise your rights.

Waitlist

When you join the waitlist we store your email address, the optional answers you choose (use cases, role, industry, preferred integration), the page you signed up from, campaign parameters (UTM) and the referring site. We use this to invite you, to prioritize which features and templates to build, and to measure which channels bring visitors. We store a one-way hash of your IP address to prevent abuse, not the address itself.

Analytics and error monitoring

We use PostHog for product analytics and Sentry for error monitoring. We send only pseudonymous events (for example, that a button was clicked), never the content of forms, your email address, API keys or data you send for decisions. Query strings are stripped from URLs except campaign parameters. We honor Do Not Track.

Decision data

• Inputs you send for decisions are processed to produce the result and forwarded to our model provider (OpenRouter, which serves TypeSafe's Jev model) for that purpose only.
• By default we store decision metadata (outputs, credits, latency, a hash of the input) but not the raw input. Storing inputs for debugging is opt-in per workspace, with a retention period.
• ClassifierHub does not use your data to train models.

Payments

Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card details.

Your rights

You can ask us to access, correct, export or delete your data, or to remove you from the waitlist, at any time by emailing us.
